Returns

Returns are accepted for misprinted/damaged/defective items within 4 weeks of receipt of product. Please contact us at support@slippahfish.com.

We apologize but we cannot at this time accommodate returns for buyer's remorse or sizing. Please be sure to review our size guide page or check our FAQs for what to expect.

For packages lost in transit, please submit claims within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date. Please submit a problem report here.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment is not guaranteed and refunds will not be issued. Packages returned to our fulfillment partner are often delayed or lost in return transit. If a returned package is received, you may request reshipment at your expense (product + shipping).

Shipping

Shipping is non-refundable at this time.

Shipping times are estimates. There are no guarantees on shipping delivery times. 2nd Day Air shipping is available for certain geographic locations.

Free Shipping Promotions

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Free shipping is available only within the US and applies to standard shipping only. Promotions are valid for a limited time and cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders. If a promotion has ended, we are unable to honor the discount.
